The 13-acre development will include multiple property types, such as one-bedroom apartments, five-bedroom houses, as well as 67 affordable homes.

Having first secured the land on Thaxted Road in June 2023, Chase New Homes has now partnered with B3 Living for the delivery of affordable homes on the development.
